Hi lovelies, if I would ask you "what is your favourite salad?" what would your answer be? I must say, my coleslaw is definitely one of my all time favourite salads. I love how crunchy and creamy it is, but it is still very fresh. It is a salad that goes perfectly as a side to any meal. But what makes it even better is that it is a very easy salad to make and it doesn't require a bunch of different ingredients.
