So I've been vegan for a while now. It's a lifestyle and belief system that really speaks to me, and I do what I can to stick to it. Of course, it's just about doing your best! Today, I show you a fruit smoothie recipe I use all the time, which is cheap and easy to make! All you need is a packet of raspberries, and a can of pineapple. You can also add mint or orange juice if you'd like.
The second half of the video talks about social media, and why I had to have a break from it. I don't like having a break between videos like that, but I was really broken by the response my last few videos received. Maybe it's stupid to be so affected by something like that, but it was deeply shocking to me. And I had no support! Only a few close friends checked in, which just made me realise how little people actually care about each other on this platform. Sad but true!
