Garam Masala - 2tsp
Chilli powder - 2tbsp
Corriander powder - 2tsp
corriander - 1 bunch
mint / pudhina - 1 bunch
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Curd - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
