यसरी बनाउनुस कुखुराको मासु अतिनै मिठो हुन्छ | अचारी Chicken
Achari Chicken recipe
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriamder seeds
½ tbsp fennel seeds
½ tbsp carom seeds
1 tsp Sichuan pepper (timur)
Some dried chilies
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan
Add cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon stick and bay leaf
Add 1 medium sized onion sliced
Add ½ kg Chicken
Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes
Blend all the roasted spices
Add 1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt as per the taste
Add 2 medium sized chopped tomatoes
Cook until tomatoes are nice and soft
Add 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
Add the Masala which we have roasted and blended earlier
Add 1 tsp red chili powder
Add 1 tbsp lemon juice
Garnish with chopped cilantro
