This dessert is so easy to make and doesn't require baking. It's perfect for the summer. It is light, fresh, and mouthwatering. Amazing blend of strawberries, moist crackers, and rich delicious milky cream. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup of sugar (or to taste)
16 oz strawberries (one container)
16 oz animal crackers (or crackers of your choice, use as much as you like to get the perfect consistency)
4 tbsp gelatin (30 gr.)
150 ml water (for the gelatin)
