For tea tonight I made this fabulous cannelloni :) Super tasty and very easy! Everyone likes this in our house. If you like lasagne or bolognaise, then I highly recommend this.
You do need quite a lot of ingredients, but it’s well worth it…for the flavour you’ll have in the end is amazing :)
I’ve listed everything I used below…in case you want to give it a go for yourself.

I Used-
Cannelloni shells or lasagne sheets
250g Ricotta cheese
1 Large onion - diced
5 or 6 Mushrooms - diced
3 Garlic cloves - finely sliced
1 Carrot - diced
750g Minced beef, lamb or Quorn (meat substitute)
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons tomato puree
250ml Beef stock
120ml Red wine
A dash of Worcestershire sauce
2 Cans of chopped tomatoes (about 700g)
1/2 Teaspoon nutmeg
1 Teaspoon Italian herbs
1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
100g Grated parmesan
100g Grated mozarella
Salt & pepper to taste
***Roast peppers, tomatoes & onions, or salad to serve***
