SMOOTHIE BOWL WITH CHOCOLATE GRANOLA

Make the granola:
- 2 dl oats
- ½ dl sunflower seeds
- 1,5 tbsp cacao
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ dl egg whites
- 1 chopped Barebells proteinbar, cookies & cream flavor
Instructions:
1. Put dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Heat the coconut oil togehter with the honey in the microwave. Add that and the rest of the wet ingredients to the bowl. Mix until combined.
3. Put the mix on a baking sheet dressed with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 min at 100 C.
4. Take out and let cool.
Ingredients bowl:
- 6 dl frozen mango
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 dl Barebells Stawberry milkshake
- Fresh Mint
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth
2. Pour into bowls and top with granola and your favorite toppings.
