My recipe for a fruit protein smoothie
Ingredients
1 Orange
1 cup Wild Blueberries (frozen unsweetened)
1-2 cups Spinich
1 Ripe Banana
4 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
4 oz Unsweetened Coconut Water
1 cup Strawberries (frozen unsweetened)
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
Yields approximately 1-32 oz or 2-16 oz smoothies
