I don't think I'm the only one that would enjoy something like this on a beautiful day. Now that the summer months are here, I will be doing more of my BBQ recipes. In this recipe I also used hot pepper flakes, potatoes, sweet potatoes, parsnips and Himalayan pink salt. The butter topping had rosemary, thyme, garlic and hot peppers in it.
