CHICKEN NIHARI WITH SHAN MASALA

INGREDIENTS Chicken 1 kg Shan nihari masala 1 packet Onions 2 medium Oil 2 cups Ghee 2 tbsp Water 6 glasses or as required BATTER to thicken gravy 3 tbsp white flour 3 tbsp wheat flour Mix these 2 flour with water and whisk it well until you don't find any lump.
