Having learned how to make smoothies. I've been drinking them everyday. Try this smoothie recipe.
I bought a Nutribullet but the recipes that they suggest are way too big for the blender. So I just reduced the amounts of ingredients and the result was just fine.
These smoothies are a great way to get your children or grandchildren to eat more vegetables as you can disguise them in the smoothies.
This recipes are heavy on the fruit 70/30 split. 30% fruits. And so are a little sweeter than usual and the sweetness comes from good fruit sugars. Kids love them. I just wanted to share my experience with you.
