- 2-3 Green chillies & 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Salt as per taste
- 3/4 Cup maida

- 1/4 Cup plain oats (optional)
- 1/4 Cup plain oats (optional)
- 1 & 1/2 Tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 Tsp ginger powder
- 2 Tsp mixed herbs (oregano, thyme, basil & rosemary)
- 1/2 Tsp crushed black pepper
- 2 Eggs
- 2-3 Tbsp all purpose flour (maida)
- Cooking oil for frying
