Do you like creamy, savory and delicious chicken dish? If it’s a yes, then today’s video recipe is for you. This is my take on Chicken Pastel. Cream of mushroom and half and half combined is such a treat!

CHICKEN PASTEL INGREDIENTS:
1.51 lbs Chicken Breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 medium Carrots
2 Potatoes
2 C White Button Mushrooms
3 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Butter
1/4 C Onion, chopped
5-6 cloves Garlic
1/2 C Half and Half, equal parts whole milk and cream
1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
10 1/2 oz (298 g) Cream of Mushroom
1/2 C Sweet peas
1/3 C Corn Kernel
2 tsp Soy sauce
1/2 C Water
1/2 tsp Salt, to taste
