One of my favourite Tofu salad Recipe because it's so simple, delicious and extremely healthy. The mixed herbs, sesame and tangy lemon dressing makes it even more tastier. I have added beans, tomatoes, capsicum and carrots you can also do your variations by adding more veggies. High on protein and fibre this makes for a perfect lunch or dinner recipe for weight loss. its helps you in weight loss..
