Orzo pasta salad with roasted roquito peppers, garlic, red onion and herbs, pairing perfectly with Saucy Salmon with Chilli, Lime and Ginger Dressing.
250g cooked orzo pasta
2 roquito peppers, de-seeded and roasted and sliced
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
½ red onion, finely chopped
