Hi! :) A lot of you had seen some of my insta stories and requested that I start sharing things I eat and make at home. Let’s start with a easy and Healthy Coffee Banana & Oats Smoothie. RECIPE: 2 Small Bananas 1 Cup of Frozen Black Coffee Ice Cubes 2 Tbsp of Rolled Oats 1/2 or 1 Cup of Coconut Milk 1/2 Tbsp of Chia Seeds 1 Tbsp of Peanut Butter 1/2 Tbsp of Ground Flax Seed Optional Ingredients 1 Date for sweetness 1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Yogurt or Greek Yogurt Alternative Ingredients You can replace Coconut Milk with Almond Milk or Low Fat Milk Blend all together and enjoy!
