How to prepare and cook roast chicken, perfect for Christmas. In this video I demonstrate how to prepare and cook a tasty roast chicken. I used parsley and lemon on the inside, garlic and butter and herbs in between the skin and the breast and finally butter and bacon on the outside. I cooked mine in a baking tin with a lid which ends up make a wonderful moist and flavoursome chicken.
