Ingredients: 1 cup (250 mL) hemp milk 2 ice cubes 3 Tbsp (45 mL) rolled oats 1 tsp (5 mL) cinnamon 1 banana, peeled of course ½ cup (125 mL) yogurt Method: Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend. Enjoy.
