Chicken Tenders or Chicken Strips
Oil for deep frying
Batter:
1 egg
1/2 cup of whole milk or heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or garlic salt
3/4 cup flour
Breading:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black papper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or garlic salt
Sauce:
2/3 cup of honey
1/4 cup of water
1/4 cup of ketchup
1 tablespoon of white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons group chipotle chile pepper( i used 1 teaspoon of adobo sauce from a can of chipotle peppers...start at 1 teaspoon and work your way up)
