shallot 20 gm
cucumber 60 gm
carrot 30 gm
Mixed Nuts 20 gm
Sunflower sprout 70 gm
sweet potato 40 gm
1 portion black rice quinoa
Red Radish, Local 20 gm
Feta Cheese 30 gm
Extra olive oil 50 ml
Red wine vinegar 5 ml
Salt 4 g
Coriander 15 g
