Ingredients
1 cup Buttermilk
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tsp Aromatic Powder
1 tsp Paprika Powder
Salt to Taste
1 cup Refined Flour
Salt to taste
Oil for Frying
Method
1) Take a bowl add buttermilk, onion powder, garlic powder, aromatic powder, paprika powder salt and mix it well.
2) Add chicken strips in that mixture and keep it aside.
3) Take one more bowl, add refined flour and salt in it.
4) Now take the chicken strip from the mixture and coat it with refined flour and salt mixture.
5) Take a pan and heat the oil.
6) Fry the coated chicken in oil till it is golden brown in colour.
7) Serve it hot with a dip :)
