Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients
For Sweet Chili Sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 Tbsp sambal
For Chicken Stir Fry Sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp fish sauce
1 Tbsp shaoxing wine (Chinese cooking wine, you can substitute to sake or dry sherry)
1/2 tsp black pepper
For Fried Glass Noodles
5 to 6 pieces of 3-inch long glass noodles http://amzn.to/2q4YCls
frying oil
2 Tbsp cooking oil
2 to 3 cloves garlic, chopped (approximately 1 Tbsp)
1 oz ginger, finely chopped (approximately 1 Tbsp)
1/2 of medium size onion, small diced (approximately 1/2 cup)
1 lb ground chicken
8 oz water chestnuts, roughly chopped
1 chili, chopped (optional)
1 to 2 green onions, chopped
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
Iceberg, green, butter leaf, jam, romaine or any your favorite lettuce.
