Berries Apple Almonds Smoothie | Mukbang | Many Shoutouts
This is a super easy homemade smoothie recipe however you will need a smoothie maker to do this or some blended you maybe able to make a smoothie.

About the Apple: You may substitute with one whole banana, sweet pineapple slices, you may also add spinach.
About the Almonds: You may substitute with walnuts or your fave nuts.

No Sugar added: If this smoothie is not sweet enough for you, you may add 1-2 tbsp of brown sugar, white sugar or honey.
Ingredients
2 cups of Milk ( Any milk) I used 2% lactose free milk for this smoothie
about 25 pieces of salted roasted almonds
1 whole apple (cut in any shapes you wish)
1.5 cups fresh frozen 4 berry blend
Optional: 2 thin slices of lemon
