Ingredients:
Chicken
Bay leaf
Cardomon
Cinnamon
Ginger Garlic paste
Onion Paste
Turmeric
Cumin powder
Chilly powder
Coriander powder
Chicken masala
Salt
Oil Water

How to make:
Heat oil in a pan add dry spices and fry, add ginger garlic paste and onion paste and cook until become brown.
Now add powder spices like turmeric, cumin, chilly and coriander powder mix well and cook for 2 mins.
Now add a bowl of water and cook with closed lid until oil floats on top.
Add chicken pieces mix well and cook in the masala for 2 mins.
Add chicken masala and salt and cook with closed lid for 3 to 4 mins.
Note: No need to add water, when you cook with closed lid chicken and masala release its moisture but still if you want you can add water a bit to adjust consistency.
