1 serving of cinnamon
1 serving of PB2
1 serving of Super seeds
1 cup of ice

This is seriously the best green smoothie recipe I have every tried! Every single one I have tried always made me gag! But this one is packed full of protein and spinach and taste amazing! I married the man of my dreams? , his name is Jorey and we got married 12.13.14❤ We had our son Holden, on March 23rd, 2016?, and than our daughter Ayden, on September 12th, 2017?. My husband works full time and I am a full time stay at home mom, and I absolutely love it!!❤ I started my YouTube channel when Holden was about 4 months old, and I originally started it to document his life to be able to show him as he gets older. I now love doing YouTube and it has become a huge passion and hobby for me. I love the idea of documenting our life to look back on, and also the whole YouTube community. I have made some friends along the way and it has already been such a rewarding and great experience. I cannot wait to see what else YouTube holds for me in the future.
