Carrie always starts her day with the same secret recipe. This morning smoothie is packed with everything you need to get energized for the day and is quick and easy to make. This smoothie is the perfect addition to a keto diet or breaking your fast with intermittent fasting.
Recipe:
-1 scoop of Vega Sport Chocolate Protein Powder
-2 cup of ice
-3-4 cups of spinach (or as much as you can jam into the blender)
-6 walnuts
-2 dates
-1 cup of coffee (or whatever you have leftover from your morning pot!)
