I LOVE chicken salad. It's one of those recipes your mom makes you as a kid that's always a favorite.
What I don't love is all the fat and calories. Talk about a heart attack on a plate!
So I created a healthier version using plain nonfat Greek yogurt that I think tastes even better than the full-fat classic recipe.
