Chicken.
Imagine crisp and crunch sweetly coated batter
topped with sesame seeds surrounding Plump
juicy chicken tenders so sweet that you would only assume that it is
a pure heavenly delight
If you have reached the inevitable conclusion that honey is bee vomit extracted from a

all though That noodle paradise Honey chicken does look kind of kinky.
I am Chris And welcome to another FAST FOOD FIGHT.
The show where I review popular dishes from fast food chains and recreate
them to look and taste like their retail
products while reducing the cost.
Today we a cooking Honey Chicken from Noodle paradise with all of the
ingredients purchased at my local coles supermarket.
So lets cut to the chicken:
Into cubes that is roughly 2 cm cubes, I am using a chicken bits
that I am removing any skin off of
next place them into a bowl add garlic powder salt and pepper
and luke warm water diluted in vinegar
next up we are making the batter.
start with an egg. add a pinch of salt
1 cup of water
whisk until frothy
add 1 teaspoon of baking soda
whisk again
add 1 cup of corn starch.
1 cup of all purpose flour
and mix until thickly congealed.
now add a tablespoon of sesame oil and mix until smooth and sticky
now add your marinate
marinated chicken and batter into a bowl. Mix thoroughly and it should
be left for a few minutes
next add your battered and abused chicken to some boiling oil.
try not to overcrowd you pan and make sure you cook in batches.
remember to cook until crisp but not golden brown.
now time to make you sauce,
start with 2 tablespoons worth of ketchup 4 tablespoons of unrefined palm sugar.
1/4 cup of vinegar
2 tablespoons of honey
and chuck it into your wok
wait until it starts to boil
add your chicken.
now plate it up with some green stuff to make it look kinda healthy
add some sesame seeds to it
and serve with rice if you like.
Just what you need more carbs.
