Inspired by Asian and Thai flavours, this tasty Chilli and Lime Chicken is delicious. Accompanied by a mushroom or avocado tabbouleh-type salad, it's also healthy. Chicken thighs and drumsticks are used in this dish, and they benefit from a good long marinade in buttermilk or whey. The salad dressing is made from the same chilli and lime juice base as the marinade.
