When Chrissy Teigen's cookbook, Cravings, came out last year, the entire Delish team—along with what seemed like the rest of universe—couldn't put it down (one editor even ate like her). While I paged through her high-low mix of dinners (Shrimp Summer Rolls, Cheesy Jalapeño Tuna Casserole), I stopped when I came upon the boldest of recipe titles: "BTI (Better Than Ina's) Roast Chicken". For all us Ina Garten fangirls, I couldn't believe how a newcomer to the food scene could claim to make a better-than-Ina anything, but roast chicken?! That's an Ina classic.
