This is one awesome creation….THE PINEAPPLE FLOAT! Rum and fruit is a pretty standard combo that is known to be badass. But this recipe is truly on point. Coconut rum, white rum, simple syrup, pineapple, and ice cream create a heavenly concoction that you won’t be able to get enough of! We blended all of the ingredients together for more of a shake-style treat, but if you want a traditional float you can blend everything except for the ice cream, and just plop a dollop of that on top as the last step. It’s fruity, tropical, and potent…what could be better?!

PINEAPPLE FLOAT
1 1/2oz (45ml) Coconut Rum
1 1/2oz (45ml) White Rum
2 Cups Frozen Pineapple Chunks
1 Pint Coconut Ice Cream
1oz (30ml) Simple Syrup

FLOATADOR DE PIÑA
1 1/2 oz (45 ml) de Ron de Coco
1 1/2 oz (45 ml) Ron Blanco
2 tazas de Trozos de Piña Congelada
1 bote de Helado de Coco
1 oz (30 ml) de Jarabe Simple
