INGREDIENTS :
As much lettuce you want (I used Romaine Spinach or Kale would be delicious)!
As much Red, yellow, orange peppers and cucumbers or any vegetables you love
1/2 tin or more Tuna in water
6 or more shrimp
As much Lemon juice as you like
Pepper
Sprinkle on Roasted Garlic and Pepper seasoning
Grape or any kind of tomatoes
1/4 cup or more Chex cereal or any cereal you like as a topping.
*Optional : Add crab meat or any other fish
Add choice of onions would be great! *
Directions :
Wash, dry and cut choice of lettuce and veggies. Amount is up to you.
Add tuna, shrimp and sprinkle pepper, roasted garlic and red pepper seasoning and lemon juice. Mix and taste to see if you want to add more. Add cereal last (optional) for crunch!
Easy, versatile, can eat for any meal or snack
