Glowing Skin Green Smoothie Recipe | easy and healthy vegan smoothie


This super quick smoothie recipe is super refreshing! With the electrolytes from the coconut water and the healthy fats from the avocado, it will make you glow from the inside out!! If i'm having this smoothie for breakfast or after a workout, I like to add vanilla vegan protein powder. This one is my fav for this smoothie: https://myvega.com/products/vega-protein-and-greens/ Ingredients: - 3/4 cup water - 3/4 cup coconut water - ~1 1/2 cups baby spinach - 1 (heaping) cup frozen mango - 1 (heaping) cup frozen pineapple - 1/4 avocado I leave it to sit in the blender for a few mins so it will be easier for the frozen fruit to blend. If you're still having issues add a bit more coconut water/water until it blends to a creamy texture. The blender I use is a Vitamix.
