3 big handfuls frozen spinach
1 scoop vanilla protein powder - I like Genuine Health Vanilla http://amzn.to/2FdmPxw
1 tablespoon peanut butter - any brand, all natural works
1 tablespoon ground chia and flax seeds - I use Organic Traditions http://amzn.to/2Fec3mV
1 cup almond milk - I'm lazy and use store bought unsweetened but homemade is best
4 ice cubes
Blend and enjoy!
