Shimeji Mushroom Salad

Ingredients

- Shimeji Mushroom - 150 grams
- Red Chilly Pepper (chopped) - 1
- Spring Onions (chopped) - ½ cup
- Garlic (chopped) - 3 cloves
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Light Soy Sauce - 2 teaspoon
- Sesame Oil - ½ tablespoon
- Chilly Oil - 1 teaspoon
Method
------------
1. Cut the end of the shimeji mushroom and clean it.
2. Heat up some water in a pot. Bring it to a boiling and add washed shimeji mushroom to cook for 2 minutes.
3. Move the shimeji mushroom out to cool down.
4. Chop the chilly pepper, spring onion, garlic.
5. Prepare a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, chilly oil and chopped ingredients in above step together.
6. Add shimeji mushroom to the bowl with sauce. Mix thoroughly and enjoy.
