This is a salad recipe for dinner or lunch. Easy to make, filling, healthy and full of flavor. Kale, Romaine lettuce, shredded cabbage and other greens and veggies of choice.
Salad dressing recipe- molasses, tahini, garlic, vinegar, orange juice and spices, (avocado, tofu - optional) + Raspberries or raspberry jam, smoked salt (or sea salt).
Toppings- dates, raisins, apples (fresh and dried), spring onions, passionfruit, garbanzo beans or whatever else you have on hand.
I do not add processed fats such as oils but I do add tahini and other whole food fats which are far healthier and much more satisfying to the palette.
