Hope you guys enjoy this super yummy recipe I love drinking this when I want something sweet ( I'm a huge fan of icrecream) and the key to a successful fitness journey isn't to restrict it's to either enjoy in moderation or to find an awesome substitute! ♡ FOLLOW MY SOCIAL MEDIAS - MAIN PAGE : @ JUSTTAYLORTHINGS_ -FIT PAGE : @CHILESFIT ♡ ingredients - 1 small- medium banana (90-105 calories) - 2 tbs Hershey 100% cocoa ( this is 0 cals) - 2 tbs of pb2 ( 50 calories) this is a peanut butter powder and taste amazing ! -8 oz of cashew milk (25 calories) -365 Organic Chia & Flax Ground Seed Blend, Cocoa Coconut Flavor 2 tbs ( if you can get your hands on this one its amazing !!and adds some sweetness so you don't even need sugar) extra fiber for a flat tummy doesn't hurt! I get mine at Whole Foods and add it on everything lol
