►Hello, so, for the past month I've been replacing my Breakfast with this Ultra Healthy Protein Smoothie. The results are insane. As you know, I'm a student, so I do not have a lot of time in the morning to cook breakfast, with that in mind, I created this Protein Shake that's super Healthy and very Nutritious. It's super easy to make, it takes less than 5 minutes.
►Here's the recipe:
Total: 825cal; 57g Pro; 81g Carbs; 29g Fats; 24g Fiber.
Raw Spinach - 50 grams
Banana - 1 medium
Oats - 40 grams
Chia Seeds - 30 grams
Frozen Berries - 100 grams
Whey Protein - 35 grams
Milk - 200 ml
