4 Healthy Breakfast Smoothies for kids (and adults). These are breakfast drinks for kids and also a great way to get some hidden veg into their diet! I hope you like the video x RECIPES: Green Monster Smoothie: - 1 cup of your favourite milk - 1 big handful of baby spinach - 1 Banana - 1/2 a cup of frozen Mango (optional) - tbsp of Almond Butter (optional) Beetroot & Strawberry Smoothie: - 1/2 a cooked beetroot - 1/3 cup of natural yogurt - 1/3 cup of milk (add more if needed) - 1 frozen banana (cut into chunks) - 1 cup of frozen strawberries - 1 handful of baby spinach Mango & Carrot Smoothie - 1 and a half cups of orange juice - 1 banana - 1 cup of mango chunks - 1 cup of frozen carrots Blueberry Smoothie - 1 cup of frozen blueberries - 1 banana - 1 big handful of baby spinach - 1 cup of your favourite milk - 1 heaped tbsp of oats - 1 tbsp of almond or another nut butter (optional) ?
