To heal PCOS hair loss you must fill your body with nutrients to promote hair growth and hormone balance. This smoothie bowl is perfect for that! It is packed with vitamin E, C, K, biotin, manganese, folate, copper, zinc, fiber, protein, potassium, need I say more! The color may be weird but trust me when I tell you it is oh so delicious. Depending on the brand of blender you will probably have to have the frozen bananas, and avocado cute into small pieces. I recommend either the Ninja, or Vitamix for this recipe, or any smoothie bowl for that matter. The less plant milk you use the thicker the texture will be (but you will have to blend it for a longer time) If you have an off brand blender just add more liquid to blend. Just be aware the smoothie will be more soft serve.
