* ¼ cup ragi flour
* 1 glass (250 ml) water
* 1 small apple
* 1 tsp flaxseed
* ½ tsp cinnamon powder
For Garnishing
* Chopped peanuts
* Pumpkin seeds
* Flaxseed
Method
1. Soak the peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds overnight.
2. Mix the ragi flour with a little water to make a smooth slurry.
3. Cook the slurry with 1 glass of water, stirring continuously until it thickens. Let it cool completely.
4. Add the cooked ragi, soaked seeds, soaked peanuts, apple, flaxseed, and cinnamon to a blender.
