Crockpot Smothered Pork Chops & Gravy
Tender, melt-in-your-mouth pork chops slow-cooked in a rich, savory onion gravy. The ultimate hands-off comfort food dinner!

### Ingredients:
* **4** bone-in thick-cut pork chops
* **1 can (10.5 oz)** cream of chicken soup
* **1 packet** dry onion soup mix
* **1 cup** chicken broth
* **1 large** yellow onion (diced)
* **1 tbsp** olive oil
* **1 tsp** garlic powder
* **Salt & black pepper** to taste
### Instructions:
1. **Sear:** Season pork chops with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chops for 2 minutes per side until golden.
2. **Layer:** Place diced onions at the bottom of the greased crockpot, then arrange the seared pork chops on top.
3. **Mix Sauce:** In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, onion soup mix, and chicken broth until smooth. Pour evenly over the chops.
4. **Slow Cook:** Cover and cook on **LOW for 5 to 6 hours** (or HIGH for 3 hours) until the pork is fork-tender.
