can be used )

Tamarind - 1 inch ball
Warm Water - ½ cup / 125 ml
Onions - 3 medium size
Capsicum - 1 medium size
Green Chillies - 2 medium size
Garlic cloves - 3 medium size
Coriander / Cilantro leaves - ¼ cup
Spice powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - ½ tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Water - 1 cup / 250 ml
