Marination
Beef boneless (veal) 1.5 kg
Nestlé Milkpak Yogurt 1 Pack
Red chilli powder 1tbsp
Tandoori masala 2tbsp
Cumin powder 1tbsp
Coriander powder 1tbsp
Salt ½ tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Water 2cups
Mint Raita
Green coriander ½ cup
Mint ¼ cup
Green chilies 2-3
Salt 1/2tsp
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
Nestlé Milkpak Yogurt ½ Pack
Coating
Crushed coriander 1tbsp
Red Chilli flakes 1tbsp
Corn flour ¼ cup
Directions for Beef:
1- In a bowl add beef,Nestlé Milkpak Yogurt, red chili powder, tandoori masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and coat it well.
2- In a pan add marinated beef, water, cover and cook for 35-40 minutes.
Directions for Mint Raita:
1- In a blender add coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, salt, cumin seeds, Nestlé Milkpak Yogurt and blend it well.
Directions for Coating:
1- In a bowl add cooked beef, corn flour, coriander seeds, red chili flakes, coat well and shallow fry until crispy.
Prep Time: 15 mins
Cooking Time: 35-40 mins
Serving: 3-4
