Potato Salad! Easy Homemade Potato Salad Recipe from scratch

This potato salad is really easy to make. I used my homemade mayonnaise in this potato salad recipe and it tasted awesome. Do go generous on your potato salad dressing because as I discovered the next day, the potatoes do absorb quite a bit of the potato salad dressing.
