Parmesan Baked Pork Chops – Perfect for New Year’s Day Traditional Meals!


Parmesan Baked Pork Chops 4 bone-in pork chops, about 1” thick 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 teaspoons minced garlic 1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon parsley 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Olive Oil to coat pork chops Preheat oven to 350°. Stir together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined. Stir in the minced garlic. Brush each pork chop with olive oil on both sides, then press the Parmesan garlic mixture over all sides of the pork chops. Place the seasoned pork chops on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
