Ingredients:
2-3 frozen bananas
1 tsp Hawaiian Spirulina
1 tsp coconut blossom sugar
50ml water
1⃣Put everything in a blender and blend until creamy.
2⃣Enjoy with toppings of your choice.

100g pomace from the tiger nut milk
150g oatmeal
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
½ tsp cinnamon
1⃣Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat.
2⃣Mix all ingredients in a bowl, place on a baking sheet and let roast in the oven for about 15 minutes.
