Ingredients:
Prepare BBQ Mayo Sauce:
-Mayonnaise ¾ Cup
-BBQ sauce 3 tbs
-Hot sauce 2 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Boneless beef (1-inch cubes) 350g
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 4 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste 1 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Dhania Powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Pizza sauce as required
-Pizza cheese grated as required
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced as required
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne as required
-Black olives sliced as required
-Jalapenos sliced as required
-Dried oregano
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
Directions:
Prepare BBQ Mayo Sauce:
-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,BBQ sauce,hot sauce,lemon juice,pink salt & whisk well.Mayo bbq sauce is ready!
-In a pan,add beef,yogurt,ginger garlic paste,raw papaya paste,lemon juice,pink salt,black pepper powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder & mix well,cover & marinate for 1 hour.
-In marinated beef,add cooking oil,turn on the flame,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes, cover & cook on low flame for 5-10 minutes & set aside.
-On a cutting board,place pizza dough,sprinkle dry flour & knead until smooth dough is formed.
-Cut dough into half,take one part (325g),sprinkle dry flour & spread with the help of hands then roll out.
-On a dusted pizza tray,place rolled dough & prick with fork.
-Add & spread pizza sauce,prepared BBQ mayo auce,pizza cheese,cooked beef boti,onion,capsicum, black olives,jalapenos,pizza cheese,dried oregano & red chilli crushed.
-Bake in preheated oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes (makes 2).
-Cut into slices & add prepared bbq mayo sauce & serve!
