Ingredients
600g Boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces
1 tsp Garlic granules
1 tsp Onion granules
1/2 tsp Mild/Medium red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tbsp Cooking oil
For the Bang Bang sauce- Combine the following and mix -
1 tbsp Kewpie mayo
1 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp Sriracha
1 tsp Soy sauce
1/4 tsp Red chilli flakes (optional)
* wooden skewers, soaked for 30 minutes
Garnish - Fresh or Dried parsley
Method
Step 1 - In bowl, add the chicken and all of the ingredients mentioned. Mix to combine.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Step 2 - Grab a skewer and pierce through a piece. I add 5-6 pieces on each skewer.
Step 3 - Set the air fryer to 190c. Place in the chicken skewers in a single layer. Cook for 18-20 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking cycle. Once done, check the chicken skewers are cooked through with a meat thermometer.
Step 4- Glaze with the Bang Bang sauce and garnish with parsley! Enjoy!
