This warm salad made with lots of veggies, Olives, honey & cinnamon is sweet and savory . This wonderful salad is a must during winters.
Ingredients:
200G CARROTS
200G CAULIFLOWER
2 TBSP HONEY
1/2 TSP SALT
1/2 TSP CINNAMON POWDER
1/2 TSP CHILLI FLAKES
1/2 TSP PARSLEY
2 TBSP OIL
1 CUP ONIONS
1/2 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
1 CUP MUSHROOMS
1 CUP CAPSICUM
1 CUP YELLOW BELL PEPPER
1 CUP RED BELL PEPPER
SALT TO TASTE
1 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1 TBSP CAPERS
1 TBSP OLIVES
1 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES
1 TBSP MINT LEAVES
2 TBSP LEMON JUICE
Method:
In a bowl add chopped carrots, cauliflower, honey, salt, cinnamon powder, chilli flakes, parsley and mix well.
Roast Them for 30min at 200 degree.
In a pan add oil & let it heat. Now add onions, ginger garlic paste, & saute them. Now add mushroom, capsicum, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper & mix them well again.
Now add salt & black pepper. Mix again.
In a bowl add the roasted veggies & Fried veggies. Mix them
Now add capers, olives,mint leaves, coriander leaves & lemon juice. Mix them well again.
Serve warm !
